The collection of the Humanities Library reflects the variety of interests, teaching and research areas active in the various departments dedicated to the humanities and the human and social sciences, characterised by the size of the linguistic and literary collections within which the English, French, German, Russian and Spanish literature sections are of particular relevance.  

The Humanities Library holds over 155,000 volumes (books and journals) and subscribes to 470 journals, 250 of which are digital subscriptions.

The reading room houses an extensive selection of the library collections, held on open shelves.
