In the field of Third Mission, over the years, the Department has developed a consolidated cooperation with institutions and bodies operating in the Bergamo, regional and national areas (for example: the Municipality of Bergamo, the Lombardy Region, the Education Board, the Regional Order of Psychologists, Local Health Authorities).
The Third Mission initiatives on which the Department's members have worked over the years have been those of Public Engagement through dissemination activities, the spreading of knowledge and educational content initiatives aimed at citizens and the territory in the various disciplinary fields: educational pedagogy, sociology, philosophy and psychology.
